Delivery Advisor

The Delivery Advisor will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions using the Intersystem Suite of Applications.

This role involves applying engineering best practices, participating in lifecycle activities, developing high-quality code, and ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and performance of technical solutions that support caregiver and business needs.

• Apply working knowledge of solutions or services and user experiences to support innovative feature design.
• Provide feedback on feature or service designs that align with user needs, aesthetics, and functional expectations.
• Define role responsibilities within the delivery of solution or service designs.
• Enhance existing features or design new features that adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Develop complete designs and test interfaces that improve integration, reuse, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Participate in or lead design reviews, define interfaces between code modules, and apply existing technologies to designs.
• Consider diagnosability, monitoring, reliability, and maintainability in code development, ensuring readiness for integration and delivery.
• Apply coding patterns, best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
• Use data and user insights to support technical design and implementation decisions.
• Develop code with performance, testability, and maintainability in mind.
• Write unit tests for all components and support integration testing by identifying coverage gaps and resolving defects.
• Acquire feature-specific technical knowledge to identify risks and prevent defects.
• Document defects, assess their impact, and communicate conclusions effectively.
• Use understanding of data requirements to identify gaps, ensure data accuracy, and evaluate relevance to solution targets.
• Use engineering lifecycle knowledge to advocate for process improvements in future iterations.
• Participate in or lead design and code reviews to share best practices.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and pride in ensuring end-to-end solution quality and user experience.
• Contribute craftsmanship and attention to detail that enhances both technical and aesthetic value of the solutions delivered.

• 3–5 years of experience with software engineering using the Intersystem Suite of Applications.
• Experience with object-oriented programming using C#, Java, Python, or equivalent languages.
• Hands-on experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Experience with SQL and No
  
  SQL integration development.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and tools such as Azure Dev Ops, TFS, or Jira.
• Experience working in a healthcare technology environment.
