Your role as a FULL-STACK ENGINEER or Software Engineer II

As a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer II at CPT Group, Inc., you can expect an exhilarating daily routine focused on innovation and collaboration. Your day will kick off at 9:00 am, where you'll join a dynamic team filled with creative minds ready to tackle exciting projects. Engage in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and brainstorm ideas, fostering an energetic atmosphere.

You’ll dive into coding, debugging, and developing robust software solutions that elevate our legal services. Expect to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front‑end and back‑end technologies. You’ll also participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices, receiving valuable mentorship from experienced colleagues.

The workweek runs from Monday through Friday, concluding at 5:30 pm each day, enabling a balanced, fulfilling professional life. Embrace the opportunity to grow and make meaningful contributions in a relaxed yet high‑performance environment!

To thrive as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer II at CPT Group, Inc., candidates must possess a diverse array of skills essential for success in this dynamic role. Strong proficiency in Type Script and JavaScript is a must, complemented by professional experience in building modern web applications, preferably in a full‑stack capacity. Familiarity with contemporary frontend frameworks, especially React, will set you apart.

Additionally, experience with APIs (REST or similar) and relational databases such as Postgre

SQL or SQL Server is vital.

A solid understanding of core software development principles, including clean code, debugging, and performance optimization, is crucial.
