As a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer II at CPT Group, Inc., you’ll work alongside a dynamic team to deliver innovative legal services. Your day starts at 9:00 am with a daily stand‑up meeting to discuss progress and brainstorm ideas. You’ll code, debug, and develop robust software solutions that elevate our legal services, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front‑end and back‑end technologies.
You’ll also participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices, receiving valuable mentorship from experienced colleagues. The workweek runs Monday through Friday, concluding at 5:30 pm, enabling a balanced, fulfilling professional life.
To thrive in this role you should possess strong proficiency in Type Script and JavaScript, professional experience building modern web applications (full‑stack preferred), and familiarity with contemporary front‑end frameworks, especially React. You’ll also need experience with APIs (REST or similar) and relational databases such as Postgre
SQL or SQL Server. A solid understanding of core software development principles–clean code, debugging, and performance optimization is crucial. Your ability to work independently, take ownership of your projects, and consistently deliver high‑quality solutions, combined with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset, will enable you to excel. We expect 3 + years of professional software development experience and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions), infrastructure‑as‑code, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Your enthusiasm for improving development processes and enhancing system reliability will be highly valued.
