Job Summary
Seeking an Architect cum technical lead with AI/GenAI experience (hands‑on) with 15+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, AWS and AI skills to design, develop and maintain scalable cloud‑native backend services and APIs.
Job DescriptionDesign and develop robust backend services using Java with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. Utilize AWS services to build and manage scalable and secure RESTful APIs. Implement microservices architecture to support modular and maintainable applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Dev Ops and frontend developers to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security compliance.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud‑native applications leveraging Java, AWS, and microservices; maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring high availability and scalability. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues effectively. Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Engage with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. Ensure security standards and compliance are met in all development activities. Experience in designing and implementing AI/Gen AI based use cases using leading AI models/services (e.g., Claude, GPT, Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
