Seeking a Architect cum technical lead (hands‑on) with 12+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, AWS and AI skills to design, develop and maintain scalable cloud native backend services and APIs.

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java with a focus on performance, scalability and security.
• Utilize AWS services to build and manage scalable and secure RESTful APIs.
• Implement microservices architecture to support modular and maintainable applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Dev Ops and front‑end developers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and security compliance.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the design, development and deployment of cloud native applications leveraging Java, AWS and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensuring high availability and scalability, optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues effectively.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Engage with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Ensure security standards and compliance are met in all development activities.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI/Gen AI based use cases using leading AI models/services (e.g. Claude, GPT, Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
