Senior iOS Engineer – Loop Net

Irvine, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Our team is seeking an accomplished Senior iOS Engineer to support the web applications on , impacting millions of users. You will drive high‑visibility iOS development, exploring emerging technologies and applying them to improve our software products.

• Develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of users.
• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and development practices.
• Work with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web services.
• Design and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainable.
• Understand CoStar’s product architecture and frameworks and contribute your ideas.
• Collaborate with different teams and other iOS developers to exchange new ideas and improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university.
• A record of commitment to prior employers.
• 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications.
• Expertise in iOS development (Objective‑C, Swift
  
  UI/Swift, Cocoa Framework, XCode IDE, Interface Builder) and a passion for learning and sharing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming and design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection, etc.

Base salary range: $130,000–$204,000, based on relevant skills and experience, plus performance‑based incentives.
