Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Required Skills
TIBCO Business Works (BW6/BWCE), EMS, Adapters, Hawk.
Mule Soft Anypoint Platform Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange.
Strong Data Weave and XSLT transformation skills.
Experience with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, JMS, Kafka, SFTP, Databases.
Knowledge of API led connectivity, SOA, microservices, and event driven architecture.
Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and API security best practices.
Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have).
Preferred Qualifications
Mule Soft MCD Level 1 or Integration Architect certification.
TIBCO Business Works Developer certification.
Experience migrating integrations from TIBCO to Mule Soft.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Integration Design Architect and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BW (BW5/BW6) and Mule Soft Anypoint Platform.
• API Development Build REST/SOAP APIs, RAML specifications, and reusable API assets.
• ESB Orchestration Develop message flows, transformations, routing, and mediation logic.
• TIBCO Development Create BW processes, EMS messaging, adapters, and Hawk monitoring configurations.
• Mule Soft Development Build Mule flows, Data Weave transformations, connectors, and API policies.
• CI/CD Automation Implement automated deployments using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Cloud Integration Integrate with AWS/Azure services, SaaS platforms, and hybrid environments.
• Error Handling Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Performance Optimization Tune integrations for throughput, latency, and scalability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work with architects, analysts, and business teams to refine requirements.
Salary Range- $120,000-$145,000 a year
