Pay Range: $80-$120/hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an integral part of our engineering department. This role is crucial in the development and enhancement of our motor control systems through advanced embedded software engineering techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize embedded software for motor control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
  • Implement real-time control algorithms and integrate them into embedded systems.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze and improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application of best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Embedded motor control software development
  • Proven experience in embedded software development for motor control systems.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontroller architectures.
  • Solid understanding of motor control principles and power electronics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with model-based design using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, and I2C.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to motor control systems.
  • Preferred someone working in EV companies.
