If you’re passionate about creating polished, high‑performance game experiences, this role lets you shape core client systems and tools for a new multiplatform game project, working alongside talented design, art, and engineering partners in a collaborative, creative environment.
Responsibilities- Build and enhance core client systems and tooling that support scalable, performant, and responsive gameplay experiences.
- Contribute to a new game project as part of a team focused on client foundations and technical excellence.
- Develop and improve client architecture for multiplatform gameplay across console and mobile environments.
- Integrate SDKs and work with native client technologies such as C/C++, Java, Objective-C, or Swift.
- Support build pipelines, asset bundling, asset loading, content patching, feature flags, and configuration systems.
- Optimize client performance and help deliver polished, high‑quality player‑facing features.
- Partner closely with design, art, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life in a fast‑moving development environment.
- Build tools and workflows that improve developer efficiency across the full production cycle.
- Experience in multiplatform development for console or mobile.
- Experience with client architecture and core systems development.
- Experience in SDK integration and native client technologies.
- Experience with build pipelines, asset bundling, asset loading, and content patching.
- Experience with feature flags and configuration systems.
- Experience in client performance optimization.
- Experience building scalable, responsive gameplay systems.
- Experience working in large, shared codebases with distributed teams.
- Experience with one or more native languages such as C/C++, Java, Objective-C, or Swift.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving project needs.
- A passion for game development and creating great player experiences.
- Experience with C# and Unity.
- Experience building tools and workflows that improve development efficiency.
- Familiarity with telemetry or data‑informed approaches to improving player experience.
- Experience contributing across full development cycles, from prototyping through live operations.
Pay range: $ – $ per year.
