- 5+ years of experience in software engineering,data engineering, or AI/ML engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI/data workflows and automation
- Hands-on experience building solutions in AWScloud environments
- Experience with:
- Databricks (or similar) and Apache Spark fordistributed data processing
- Graph databases (Neptune or similar)
- DynamoDB and Redis/Elasti Cache
- Experience building backend services and APIs(e.g., Java/Spring Boot, Node.js)
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploymentautomation
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, dataarchitecture, and scalable design
- Experience with LLM/GenAI architectures (RAG,embeddings, prompt engineering)
- Familiarity with Lang Graph, Auto Gen, CrewAI, orsimilar agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience with Lang Chain or Llama Index
- Experience implementing LLM evaluation andobservability frameworks
- Familiarity with AI security practices and threatmodels (prompt injection, guardrails)
- Experience working in regulated environments with strong data governance and compliance requirements
- AWS:
Neptune, Open Search, DynamoDB, Elasti Cache(Redis), IAM, Cloud Watch - AI: LLM integrations, embeddings, vector search,RAG pipelines
- Agentic/LLM Tooling:
Lang Chain, Llama Index,Lang Graph, Auto Gen, CrewAI
Salary Range: $90,000 - $160,000 a year
