As a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect in AWS Global Sales, you will partner with customers, AWS Sales, and internal teams to design scalable, resilient cloud architectures that solve complex business problems. Your role will focus on driving revenue growth within the Games vertical by advising organizations on best practices for real‑time multiplayer infrastructure, live services platforms, game analytics pipelines, and generative AI solutions for game development and player experiences.

• Lead and develop an industry‑leading team of solutions architects.
• Build deep relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor for their critical workloads.
• Support achievement of revenue objectives through application, software, and services adoption and migration to AWS.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions.
• Contribute to AWS internal and customer‑facing publications such as white‑papers and blogs.
• Act as a liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support to address customer needs.

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer‑facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of infrastructure, database architecture, and networking experience.
• 7+ years of design, implementation, operations, or consulting with distributed applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 12+ years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with low‑latency, high‑throughput workloads.

• Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
• Experience in the Games Industry (supporting title development, release, or Live Ops) or designing scalable systems.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high‑performing technical teams.
