AI Engineering Lead

Job Overview

AI Engineering Team Lead – hybrid location in Orange County, California. Competitive salary of $150,000–$175,000 per year with bonus potential, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits.

• Lead AI engineers to design and implement innovative AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and execute technical strategy for AI/ML and data processing initiatives.
• Design and build large‑scale data processing systems.
• Use Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and lang Chain for AI/ML development.
• Develop software with Node.js, React, Type Script, GraphQL, Git Hub, AWS, GCP Big Query, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud automation.
• Manage software projects from inception to deployment ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and data processing technologies.

• 5+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• 5+ years of big data processing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Proficiency with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, lang Chain, and large‑scale data system design.
• Experience with data transformation tools, automated pipelines, and backend services.
• Proficiency with Node.js, React, Type Script, GraphQL, Git Hub, AWS, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Experience with GCP Big Query, Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Strong background in software development, engineering, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
