What you will be doing:

Algorithm Development & Implementation

• Design, Develop and deploy machine learning models independently to
  optimize user experiences and enhance IFEC functionalities.
• Develop machine learning frameworks, tools, and technologies using
  distributed computing, deep learning, or natural language processing.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability.

Machine Learning Infrastructure & Engineering

• Develop advanced feature engineering techniques. Build robust data pipelines
  for efficient model training and inference.

• Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Integrate models with existing systems and applications.
• Monitor model performance and address issues as they arise.
• Maintain andupdate models to ensure continued relevance and accuracy.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, and product
  managers to effectively communicating technical concepts and insights to drive
  project alignment and success.
• Document methodologies, findings, and outcomes of experiment.

The salary range of $97,000 – $162,000 annually is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  Advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data-driven applications, machine learning, or AI, preferably in the aerospace or tech industry
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, along with expertise in
  machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and data processing technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive projects to successful completion.
