Full Stack Developer
The Trade Desk is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to lead the technical direction of a talent acquisition platform leveraging AI and workflow automation. Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications and operational tools, integrating recruiting and HR systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, CRM/TRM), and developing AI-powered tools to improve recruiting quality and productivity. The role requires 5+ years of experience in business systems or automation/data platforms, including 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations, strong full-stack development skills (React, Type Script, Node/Express), experience with APIs and data architecture, and technical leadership capabilities.

The base salary range is $113,500 to $208,100 USD. Locations include Irvine, CA;
New York, NY; and San Francisco, CA.
