Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development while driving full lifecycle management across multiple teams. The position champions Dev Ops practices, cloud cost optimization, and technical excellence, fostering collaboration across engineering, product, and data teams.

By guiding architectural decisions and mentoring engineers, this role ensures high system availability, performance, and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do:

• Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
• Drive full software development lifecycle across teams, championing Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-integrated features and intelligent automation.
• Mentor engineers, promote technical quality, and guide architectural decisions to ensure maintainability and performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, track operational metrics, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.

• Extensive experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams.
• Proven expertise in Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud financial management to optimize delivery and costs.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.
