We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications that power key components of our platform — including data dashboards, secure portals, relational databases, and responsive user interfaces. This role works closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations, and clinical project leads) to deliver high-impact solutions that improve access to healthcare services for students and families.
This position a hybrid role, spending some days in our Corona, CA office.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Key Responsibilities- Build clean, maintainable, and efficient APIs and backend services.
- Implement responsive, accessible front-end features that enhance user experience across devices.
- Integrate with 3rd-party services and internal systems (e.g., payment systems, EHR/medical integration, authentication providers).
- Participate in technical architecture reviews and recommend best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
- Write unit and integration tests; collaborate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Document solutions, technical decisions, and application workflows.
- Partner with product owners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- HTML/CSS (front-end or web development certifications)
- SQL / Database Development (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, MySQL University)
- Strong experience with modern full-stack development using open-source and RESTful principles.
- Solid understanding of relational database design and SQL query optimization.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to performance and security.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards or security (HIPAA-aligned development practices).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum working environments.
