Tevora is seeking a Developertojoinourinternalproductengineeringteamonatemporary-to-hirebasis. You’llworkdirectlyundertheleadershipofourseniordeveloper,contributing to

Atlas-Tevora'sAI-enabledcomplianceengagementplatform—andotherinternaltoolingthatpowershowwedeliverforclients.

You’llstartinatemporaryengagement,withaclearpathtofull-timeconversionbasedonperformanceandfit.

Atlasisamodern Type Script /Next.jsapplication:itmanagescomplianceengagementsacrossframeworkslikeSOC2, ISO
27001,andPCIDSS,withrole-based workflows for both internal Tevora teams and external clients, document automation, and LLM-assistedfeaturesthroughout.

This isahands-onroleforadeveloperwhoisfluentinmodernAI-assisted developmentworkflowsandexcitedtobuildalongsideanexperiencedengineeronareal,production product.

  Atlas stack-Next.js(App Router),React,Type Script,Prisma/PostgreSQL,Tailwind+shadcn/ui-undertheguidanceofourseniordeveloper
• UseAI-assisteddevelopmenttools(Claude Code,Cursor) asacorepartofyourdailyworkflow
• Workwith Claude Opusand Fablemodelstoacceleratedevelopment ,debugging,and prototyping
• IntegrateanditerateonLLM-poweredfeaturesandinternalautomations
• Translatecomplianceandproductrequirementsintoclean,maintainable,well-typedcode
• Participateincodereviews,learnourstackandconventions(RBAC,activity logging,unifiedservicelayers),andgrowyourcraftquickly
• Helpdocumentandimproveinternaldevelopmentpractices

• 2-3 yearsofsoftwaredevelopmentexperience,orequivalentdemonstratedprojectwork
• Hands-onexperiencewith
  
  Claude Codeand Cursorinarealdevelopmentcontext
• Workingknowledgeof Type Scriptandamodern React framework (Next.jsstronglypreferred)
• Experiencebuildingautomations,agent skills,andworkflowtooling
• ComfortwithrelationaldataandanORM(weusePrisma+PostgreSQL)
• Practicalfamiliarityworkingwith Claude Opusand Sonnet models (prompting,iterating,integrating outputs)
• Self-starter mentality-someonewholikestotinkerandlearnontheirown
• Abilitytotakedirection,askgoodquestions,andincorporatefeedback
• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunication
