• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Ads Marketing and Sales are a key driver for a healthy and growing Ads business. Over the next 10 years, the Ads business will grow to a rare size and scale amongst all businesses in history. The organization's goal is to build the appropriate technical solutions/products to help drive Google’s overall revenue via Ads Marketing and its intersection with Google Sales.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
