Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Java Developer
to support and enhance ongoing application development initiatives. This role will serve as the
technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)for the engagement, partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with strong expertise in Java, cloud technologies, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
• Serve as the technical SME for the engagement, providing guidance on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and support cloud-based applications and services using AWS.
• Design and implement application integrations with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in
  Java
  and the
  AWS
  ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implementations.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with in the
  automotive industry

• Familiarity with modern Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
