Job description

Ekedal Concrete, Inc. has an immediate need for Delivery Driver/Tool Maintenance Technician in the ORANGE COUNTY, CA area. The driver will be responsible for driving a company truck to and from the yard to various job sites across Coastal Orange County. The applicant will carry heavy tools and materials, take and pick up orders from suppliers, and perform miscellaneous small tool repairs as needed.

This position is suitable for individuals who wish to enter the trade and develop new skills.

• Experience or comfort using power tools
• Experience or comfort in and around job sites
• Proficiency with power tools and their safe use
• Experience driving a full‑size work truck
• Preferred but not required: prior driving experience in a similar job

• Helpful if mechanically inclined
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must arrive at the yard by 7 am, Monday—Friday, without fail
• Drug test and driving background check required and must come back clean
• 1–2 years of driver experience or equivalent
