• Safely transport medical specimens and sensitive materials across established Irvine routes.
• Ensure all deliveries and pickups at local clinics and hospitals are completed on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and Irvine healthcare clients.
• Uphold stringent safety protocols during the handling of medical items.
• Keep accurate electronic logs of all daily route activities.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep the delivery area clean.
• Comply with all biohazard disposal and uniform regulations.
• Assist team members with route coverage when needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
• At least 1 year of professional driving experience; medical courier background is a plus.
• Valid California driver's license with an excellent driving history.
• Strong familiarity with Irvine roads and traffic patterns.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with navigation apps and mobile dispatch software.
• Willingness to strictly follow medical compliance and safety guidelines.
