In this role you will serve as Aviation Senior Caption of Yum! Brands’ corporate aircraft, maintaining ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of all flight activities. Ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service are consistently delivered to passengers and crew while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

As the Pilot in Command (PIC) you will provide strong technical and cultural leadership by mentoring, coaching, and developing fellow flight department team members on an ongoing basis. You will promote adherence to aviation regulations, company policies, and industry best practices while encouraging continuous learning, professional growth, and the adoption of safety-focused behaviors. Leading by example by making sound decision-making, effective communication, and fostering a commitment to delivering a world-class travel experience that reflects the values and expectations of Yum!

$157,100 - $184,900 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
