Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Must be able to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed)

Team Quest Staffing Inc. is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a supportive environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse operations. We’re seeking someone who’s hands‑on, meticulous, and eager to learn. We can train the right candidate who has basic computer skills and a great work ethic.

• Pull, pack, and ship orders based on packing sheets provided by the supervisor

• Verify outgoing shipments, packing slips, labels, and invoices for accuracy (quality control)

• Restock inventory and organize warehouse materials as needed

• Enter shipping details using Fed Ex and UPS systems

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following OSHA guidelines

• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts

• Check and inspect boxes, packaging materials, and labels for quality

• Palletize outgoing orders and wrap pallets manually

• Load containers (20ft and 40ft) and move pallets using a manual pallet jack

• Help with packing sample pouches and other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1+ year of warehouse or shipping experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (average 30 lbs) and stand for extended periods

• Basic computer and math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must have reliable transportation
