Position: ASSOCIATE - WAREHOUSE (CA)
Schedule:

Monday to Friday (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Essential duties:

* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which includes IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and safety-related policies

* Pick customer orders

* Receive incoming shipments and check for irregularities or damages

* Breakdown pallet loads

* Inventory restocking

* Assist with periodic physical inventory count as needed

* Consistently meet or exceed daily productivity requirements

* Ability to effectively operate Voice Picking

* Comply with requirements for quality, productivity, safety, and company policies

Other Duties:

* Perform all job-related tasks as assigned

* Follow the incident response procedure

* General housekeeping duties

Academic Skills/Knowledge/

Experience:

* Some experience working in a warehouse is preferred

* Good communication skill in writing and verbally, using the English language

* Good organizational skills

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers

* Ability to safely operate various warehouse-related equipment

* Possess mental faculties consistent with performing at least the minimum essential functions of the job required

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse

* Ability to see and hear (correctable)

* Ability to communicate (oral and verbal) in the English language

* Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own and/or over 50 lbs. with assistance

* Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time and use repetitive motions

* Ability to climb, kneel/squat, bend, lift, carry

* Ability to push, pull, grasp, reach, twist

* Ability to work at heights and/or using ladders or lifts

* Ability to work overtime on a regular basis (often at short notice)

* Ability to wear steel-toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)
