As our Inventory Clerk/Driver, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse and production operations in addition to fulfilling driving tasks as needed. This position is responsible for delivering/picking up orders, receiving, tracking, and organizing inventory to ensure materials and finished goods are available, accounted for, and ready to support manufacturing, order fulfillment, and R&D needs.

• Loading and unloading packages to and from customers/vendors
• Delivering packages safely by abiding rules of the road
• Keeping company vehicle clean and ensuring maintenance is up to date
• Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming materials, components, and finished goods in Operations Sheets
• Accurately entering inventory transactions into the inventory management/ERP system
• Maintaining organized storage locations and ensuring proper labeling of all inventory
• Accurately pulling, picking, and issuing daily work orders
• Coordinating with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
• Investigating, reporting and helping resolve discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• Performing regular cycle counts and assisting with full physical inventories
• Reallocating parts systematically from production back into warehouse inventory
• Assisting with continuous improvement of inventory and warehouse processes
• Following ESD, quality, and safety procedures when handling electronic components
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record keeping (Google Sheets for Fulfillment/Inventory Workflow)
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety guidelines
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work overtime/flexible schedule
• Strong teamwork skills
• Experience as Inventory Clerk or Materials Handler a plus

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 8 hour day, some overtime required
