As a Warehouse Worker, you will operate the Vertical Lift Module (VLM) to accurately pull inventory, ensure shipping requests from all departments are fulfilled, and update material statuses in the ERP system. You will also notify Quality Control of units arriving from sterilization and schedule pickups.

• Operate the VLM to accurately pull inventory.
• Utilize knowledge of Fed Ex and UPS for efficient shipping operations.
• Assist with shipping requests from all departments.
• Update and maintain in-process material statuses both physically and in the ERP system.
• Notify Quality Control of units arriving from sterilization and schedule pickups.
• Perform packing, packaging, and labeling of outgoing orders.
• Assemble cardboard boxes prior to shipping products.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of all cleanroom and warehouse supplies.
• Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry.
• Conduct cycle counts and year-end inventory.

• Experience with forklift operations.
• Proficiency in inventory management, kitting, RF scanner, and material handling.
• Proven skills in shipping and receiving operations, including Fed Ex and UPS.
• Ability to handle order pulling, picking, and inventory control.
• Experience with pallet jack operations.

• Attention to detail.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs or more.

Work in a dynamic warehouse environment that is non-climate controlled. The position involves the use of various technologies such as RF scanners and pallet jacks, and requires occasional lifting.

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.

This is a fully onsite position in Irvine, CA.

This position is anticipated to close on May 31, 2026.
