SUMMARY:

The following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the Warehouse Worker II. The Warehouse Worker II is responsible for working the various functions of but not limited to all inbound, outbound, and processing departments of the Distribution Center. This position will not be limited to just those responsibilities described below:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* All Warehouse I Responsibilities

* Knowledge of PKMS, JDA, and WSS program

* skilled in receiving freight, shipping, maintaining and tracking inventory

* Assure accurate quantities are packed for assigned stores. Question and resolve discrepancies (overages & shortages) as required.

* Advanced functionality skill of RF equipment.

* Ability to calculate numbers and interpreting purchase orders and invoices ( receiving dept.)

* Ability to introduce product into various material handling equipment.

* Basic PC skills such as email and date entry

* Ticketing of shoes/garments / accessories / flat goods.

* Complete understanding the Visual guidelines as it pertains to the type of items being sensored or ticketed.

* Ability to recognize the difference in sensor, cable types, ticket types, and hanger types.

* Expert in wrapping, boxing, labeling and maintaining logs ( RTV)

* Ability to load garments by size scale in totes or on trolleys.

* Ability to identify defects in workmanship and or color / size of garments.

* Work on Special Projects, as needed.

* Perform daily housekeeping requirements, in assigned area.

* Perform daily processing tasks in compliance with company safety and operational standards.

* Must be able to use a computer.

* Participate in Safety Committee meetings.

* Must be able to use ticket and label equipment.

* Ability to use intermediate WMS functionality.

* Ability to use heavy warehouse equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* To perform this job function successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Ability to handle medium physical labor while juggling multiple products at the same time.

* Be familiar with warehouse environment and safety procedures.

* Must be 18 years of age or older.

* Researching and problem solving.

* Individual must possess basic math and counting skills

* Hold Accountability and understand the higher expectations that are set.
