Warehouse Worker (Tuesday‑Saturday 6:00am‑2:30pm)

Irvine, California. Working on‑site, 5‑day shift, no relocation.
Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Lead Person, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving raw materials and sample materials, releasing applicable materials, assigning and locating inventory, labeling materials, and ensuring the accurate flow of materials and related documentation. The role interfaces with Purchasing and Quality Control to support inventory accuracy and material movement, operates various types of forklifts, utilizes the LCS system to locate material lot numbers, assists the Label Room as needed, performs routine physical inventories, and delivers and receives materials throughout the plant while maintaining all required paperwork.
Schedule:
Tuesday‑Saturday 6:00am‑2:30pm.
- Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Receive, stock, assign, locate, and label materials.
- Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise.
- Release applicable materials for production and operational needs.
- Interface with Purchasing and Quality Control to ensure proper material flow and documentation.
- Operate various types of forklift trucks and warehouse equipment.
- Utilize the LCS system to locate material lot numbers and inventory information.
- Assist the Label Room as needed.
- Perform routine physical inventory counts and accuracy activities.
- Deliver and receive materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain all required warehouse and inventory documentation.
- Follow all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- At higher job levels, demonstrate comprehensive subject matter knowledge.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members as applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Take reasonable care for personal safety and the safety of coworkers while performing assigned duties.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Basic working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
- Ability to apply general principles, theories, and concepts to routine work assignments.
- Ability to perform entry‑level warehouse and shop floor competencies.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic problem‑solving skills and sound judgment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Regular interaction with supervisors, peers, and team members.
- High School Diploma, GED.
- 1+ year of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or distribution experience required.
- Moderate work involving exertion of up to 40 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds continuously.
- Frequently reach upward and downward.
- Frequently push and pull materials.
- Frequently stand and walk.
- Frequently handle materials and equipment.
- Frequently stoop and squat.
- Frequently use visual acuity, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color vision.
- Frequently hear in environments where hearing protection may be required.
- Occasionally sit and communicate verbally.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to use hands, handle objects, and reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, push, and pull materials required to perform job duties.
- Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment.
- Moderate noise levels are regularly present.
- Employees work around warehouse equipment, forklifts, and material handling operations.

Salary Range: $23.64 - $26.00 per hour.
