The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, moving, packing and shipping materials to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. This position plays a key role in maintaining product flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse safety while working collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
Work ScheduleMonday – Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Regular and predictable on-site attendance required.
Ability to work a non-standard schedule as business needs require.
- Complete shipments by processing and loading customer orders.
- Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise.
- Assist with inventory maintenance, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Perform entry-level warehouse and shop-floor functions.
- Support operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
- At higher proficiency levels, provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma, GED
- 0+ years of related warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic working knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
- Ability to apply established procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment for routine issues.
- Effective communication skills with supervisors, peers, and team members.
- Ability to learn new processes, equipment, and procedures through on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 2–60 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, stoop, and squat throughout the shift.
- Ability to use hands for handling, grasping, and manipulating materials.
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work around moving equipment and machinery while following all safety requirements.
- Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
- Frequent exposure to moving equipment and warehouse traffic.
- Requires adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $23.75-$24.58/ Hour The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
