Part Time Fashion Warehouse Associate

Our client, a women owned sustainable fashion brand, is looking for a temporary, part-time Warehouse + Fulfillment Support Rep with fashion experience to support their team on-site in Irvine!

Responsibilities:

• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience every day for customers.
• Fulfill daily orders and process returns/exchanges and track all customer interactions.
• Manage inventory transfers form the warehouse to the stores.
• Receive, organize and label new incoming product shipments.
• Help managing inventory counts and forecasting.
• Drive improvements in overall service levels, transactional efficiencies & customer retention.
• Continually evaluate workflow and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor customer and operational data.
• Participate in the creation and delivery of FAQs, training and other knowledge resources

Requirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to Irvine, CA for consideration.
• 2-4+ years working specifically in Shopify order fulfillment, returns/exchanges processing and inventory management required.
• Women's fashion experience preferred.
• Proficient in Slack, Google Suite and Google Docs.
