Join our team as a Warehouse & Quality Associate and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This hands-on position is responsible for the receipting, storage, quality control, inventory management, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. Working closely with warehouse and management, you will help maintain inventory integrity, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products meet our quality standards.

• Action the daily stores activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in the stores to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Follow inventory control processes to minimize loss and maximize accuracy in stock levels.
• Participate in regular audits/ stock counts.
• Ensure all quality documentation is present, accurate and stored correctly for all inbound delivery quality required product.
• Delivery of receipted product to site specific manufacturing cells for use.
• Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and transport companies to coordinate logistics and resolve any arising issues promptly.
• Loading and unloading of trucks and other delivery vehicles.
• Other duties as required.

• Previous experience with and knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent)
• Strong computer and analytic skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to identifying data inaccuracies
• Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to changing priorities
• Trained in operating mobile equipment, or ability to obtain certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate data analysis and collaborate effectively across business stakeholders

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular, and repetitive basis
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Handle products of different sizes and weights
• Work in a warehouse with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels
