** Brand Bookkeeper/Accountant
** on the Back Office team, a typical day for you will include:
* Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, analyze data, and document business transactions.
* Ledger Maintenance & Reporting:
Maintain accurate financial records by documenting business transactions and preparing essential financial reports.
* Franchisee Point of Contact:
Serve as the go-to resource for franchisees, assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping questions and software navigation.
* Bank Reconciliations:
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure every penny is accounted for.
* Royalty Accuracy:
Verify and process financial data to ensure royalty submissions are submitted correctly and on time.
* Onboarding & Support:
Help new franchisees get up to speed on our specific bookkeeping practices, procedures, and chart of accounts.

* Experience:

** 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with a mastery of Quick Books Online. You should be very comfortable navigating Excel and Outlook.

** Minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
