Senior Accounting Manager

Addison Group is partnering with a well established PE–owned company that has a track record of consistent growth and stability. This company has been rated as a top workplace consistently over the past 5 years and is always looking to promote internally. This position will report to the VP Controller and will partner with them in leading all corporate accounting functions.

$135K–$145K base salary + bonus

Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

• Responsible for managing in month-end close and year-end processes
• Oversee and manage accounting teams daily operations
• Review and analyze general ledger account reconciliations
• Generate monthly financial and performance reporting for further analysis
• Produce supporting documentation for audits
• Oversee and assist in financial reporting
• Documentation of current business processes, procedures and internal controls
• Monitoring important business metrics, and identifying action steps to improve such metrics
• Utilizing technology to continuously learn, innovate and share knowledge with team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of Accounting experience required
• Public Accounting experience highly preferred
• Experience with multi-location accounting (can be from retail, healthcare, restaurant etc.)
• CPA, or CPA Candidate highly preferred
• Experience with Net Suite software highly preferred
