• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong accounting principles and practices, as well as financial reporting standards.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience with hotel management software and accounting systems.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in an accounting role.

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the hotel's financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and procedures, conducting regular audits and reviews.
• Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies that support the hotel's operational goals and enhance profitability.
