Senior Accountant PE-Backed

Our client is a fast-growing, well-established company with strong private equity backing and a footprint that spans multiple states. Known for its entrepreneurial culture and commitment to operational excellence, the business is scaling rapidly across manufacturing and direct-to-consumer channels. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their high-performing finance team and play a key role in supporting the next phase of growth.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Senior Accountant will lead core accounting responsibilities including financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. This role is highly visible and hands‑on, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership across departments such as operations and supply chain. Experience supporting financial processes in a manufacturing, DTC, or supply chain-driven business will be especially valuable.

You will also support payroll, contractor payments, and commission tracking using systems like Net Suite, Salesforce, and Excel.

• Manage monthly and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reports
• Perform reconciliations and assist with audit readiness
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Support payroll, contractor payments, and commissions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations and logistics

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a manufacturing, DTC sales, or supply chain environment strongly REQUIRED
• Strong working knowledge of Net Suite or similar ERP systems
• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth businesses
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities

• Base salary up to 95,000 with additional bonus potential
• In‑office 3 days per week with 2 days WFH
