• Process daily transactions by handling check and credit card deposits and reconciling the cash sales accounting schedule.
• Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness using the Deal Checklist before submission to the Accounting Processing Center.
• Track and report issues by maintaining notes on missing or incorrect items in the Booked and Pending reports and supporting compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with store operations and Business Managers to implement process changes and ensure revenue recognition.
• Assist with accounting schedules by maintaining reconciled schedules as assigned by the Business Manager.
• Cross‑train and provide backup for the Title & Registration Specialist role to support other accounting functions when needed.
• Meet performance standards by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and processing financial documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Time‑management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Critical thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
• Active listening to understand and respond to team needs.
• Tech proficiency with Microsoft Office and web‑based applications.
• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a dealership environment or processing car deals is preferred.

• Salary range: $16.50 – $26.45 per hour, with anticipated starting pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE).

• Prior automotive dealership and CDK experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older.
