Tax Manager

This role is a direct result of growing demand at the partner level and a need to build out the next layer of the team. The firm is not looking for someone to just check boxes. They want someone who is technically sound, eager to grow, and willing to be a real contributor to the team from day one.

• Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns across a broad range of entity types including individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and estates
• Support partners with client deliverables, tax research, and day-to-day compliance matters
• Assist with IRS and state tax notices and correspondence
• Begin building client relationships under the guidance of firm partners as you grow into the role
• Mentor and review the work of junior staff members
• Contribute across varying levels of complexity in a hands‑on, team‑first environment

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical foundation across multiple entity types
• CPA required or actively pursuing licensure
• Good communicator who is open to growing into a client‑facing role over time
