The Senior Accountant is responsible for critical functions as part of the Corporate month‑end closing process, including reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing month‑end journal entries.

• Manage the asset side of the Corporate Balance Sheet including monthly account analysis.
• Amortize prepaid expenses, intangible assets, and other long‑term assets monthly.
• Research and review miscellaneous receivable activity.
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts.
• Manage the journal entry process for booking lease transactions from the Lease Accelerator software.
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliation of prepaid rent, deferred rent, accounts payable clearing, right‑of‑use assets and payment obligation liabilities between new lease accounting software and the U.S. and Canada general ledgers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting and general ledger experience.
• Demonstrated skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Detail oriented with strong technical skills.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
