** What You'll Be Doing
*** Support the monthly general ledger close, including accruals, amortizations, journal entries, and reconciliations
* Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts
* Analyze financial statements and prepare reports with insights for assigned business units
* Manage inventory accounting, including cost variance and physical inventory analysis
* Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business processes
* Assist with internal and external audits and contribute to special projects as needed
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
** What Are We Looking For
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, with 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and GAAP) and financial reporting, with the ability to analyze data, think critically, and solve problems
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE; Blackline a plus)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, driven approach to supporting team and business objectives
