Tax Manager
Irving, TX – hybrid, 3 days onsite
One of Vaco’s multi‑unit, PE‑backed clients is looking for a Tax Manager to provide oversight for their outsourced tax work – this is mostly a review role that will serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with external tax advisors supporting federal, state, local, and property tax compliance. They are highly‑acquisitive, averaging 2–4 transactions a month, and it would be great for Tax Managers to have prior knowledge on asset purchases related to acquisitions and how the income “passes through” the organization.
We’ve placed several folks on the accounting team thus far and have received great feedback on culture and leadership!
Compensation: $125‑135K + 15% Bonus
