Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Responsible for processing all invoices received for payment through our APExpress software.
• Voucher these invoices in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
• Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy before processing.
• Work closely with managers to resolve discrepancies to ensure timely payments.
• High school diploma or associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Process weekly payment runs.
• Review monthly aging’s and statements.
• Excel experience.
• Problem solving skills.
