- Process and review vendor invoices and statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage payment schedules in partnership with a third‑party payment provider
- Ensure all expenses are properly approved prior to payment
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date vendor records, including tax documentation
- Support year‑end reporting, including preparation of 1099‑NEC filings
- Automotive dealership accounting experience
- DMS experience (Tekion preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage high‑volume communication
- Team‑oriented with ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional, and detail‑focused
- Full‑time availability with flexibility during close periods
