Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job description

Verify invoices for accuracy, process supporting documentation, and distribute invoice copies to customers via email, fax, or scan.

Monitor accounts receivable balances, assist with collection activities, and follow up on outstanding invoices to support timely payment.

Maintain accurate customer account records while providing administrative support for accounts receivable functions.

Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email to resolve billing questions and provide payment assistance.

Support the accounting team with data entry, document management, and other general administrative duties in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements:

Must have (1) year of contact center experience
Must be MS Office proficient
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
Drug screening required
