Accounts Receivable Specialist
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
Post customer payments received via check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Research and respond to customer billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories.
Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds as needed.
Assist with cash application and daily cash reconciliations.
Prepare AR reports and support month-end close activities.
Work closely with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve issues.
Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
