Location:

Irving, TX (near 114/Beltline)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Overtime may be required during the week and occasionally Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

Position Overview:

Auto-finance company is seeking a detail-oriented Support Specialist to assist with administrative and processing functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and update changes and extension processing in internal systems
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Post checks and verify payment information
• Review, process and update customer credit disputes
• Complete daily reconciliation of transactions and prepare related reports
• Provide general administrative support to the processing team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, or prior accounting-related experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet productivity targets in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive processing and data entry tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous administrative, accounting, or data entry experience preferred
