Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant supports billing, accounts receivable follow-up, financial transaction entry, record maintenance, and related accounting coordination.

• Create invoices according to company practices and submit invoices to customers.
• Enter financial transactions into accounting software.
• Regularly review AR Aging reports to follow up on payment discrepancies. May assist in collection of past due accounts.
• Collaborate within the team or across departments for accounting/billing related tasks/inquiries.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Other tasks related to accounting assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in a corporate accounting environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Netsuite and other financial management tools.
• Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper or similar credentials.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
