Bookkeeper

Description

Maintain day-to-day financial records

Process AP, AR, and payroll transactions

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Prepare financial reports

Maintain general ledger activity

Support month-end close processes

Requirements

2+ years of bookkeeping experience

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Experience with Quick Books Online/Desktop, Sage 50, Xero, Net Suite, or Dynamics GP

Excel proficiency

Strong organizational skills
