** Corporate Controller
** is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. This role serves as a key partner to executive leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance. This role ensures financial integrity, strengthens operational discipline, and enables informed executive decision-making while building a scalable accounting function aligned with company growth.
** Primary Responsibilities
**** Financial Reporting & Close*
* · Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
· Review and analyze financial results, providing insights to leadership
** Accounting Operations*
* · Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
· Ensure proper accounting treatment for complex transactions
· Maintain integrity and reliability of financial data and systems
** Internal Controls & Compliance*
* · Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
· Lead external audits and coordinate audit and tax support
** Business Partnership*
* · Partner with CFO, VP-Accounting and cross-functional leaders to support financial performance
· Provide recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and scalability
· Bridge accounting operations with broader business strategy
** Process Improvement & Systems*
* · Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
· Evaluate and optimize accounting systems and workflows
** Leadership & Development*
* · Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
· Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
· Support succession planning and team growth## Qualifications
** Qualifications*
* · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
· 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
· Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
· Experience with audits, internal controls, and process improvement
· Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functions
