Recruiting- Screens incoming candidate calls.
- Educates candidates about current and future clinical trial testing using the Recruiting Summary.
- Recruits for scheduled studies, screens subjects according to inclusion/exclusion criteria.
- Develops study schedules.
- Updates and maintains Participant Database.
- Interviews and screens subjects on the first day of clinical trial testing.
- Maintains compensation schedules for clinical trial testing.
- Administrative:
- Receive and screen all visitors.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls.
- Take telephone messages.
- Send faxes.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Provide administrative assistance for study materials (study packets).
- Knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Company.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Remains flexible, professional, and patient when dealing with changing priorities and assignments.
