Overview
Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Bilingual Receptionist/Accounting Clerk in the Dallas, TX 75247 area. If you would like to apply or have any questions, please call and ask for Juana or Esperanza.
DetailsShift/Pay Rate: Monday - Friday (8am to 4:30pm): $18/hour
Responsibilities- Bilingual Preferred
- Process invoices and payments
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Help with payroll and data entry
- Assist with preparing basic reports, expense reports, or monthly ledgers
- Organize and file documents
- Responsible for answering phones, e-mails
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Professional Appearance - Will meet and greet all walk-ins and visitors
- Minimum 1-2 years of Office Admin/ Accounting clerk
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient in Quick Books
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and Responsible
- Stable work history
- Clear background
